Drawings

Drawing and painting cross over in Rosie’s work and one informs the other. Surface is important in these works whether it is working into a found item such as a map or if it has been crafted from scratch, layering different papers or other materials to form a base layer. The surface directs the journey the drawing takes and gives it life.
